All shipments to Spain are free of charge.
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, with original tags and in its complete packaging.
Personalized or final sale items are not eligible. Sale items can only be returned for a refund or gift card, not for exchange.

Desde el primer momento, la experiencia de compra fue muy buena. La web es súper intuitiva y tiene muchísima información sobre los materiales y las características de cada producto, algo que agradecí especialmente porque soy alérgica a muchos metales.
