How to return or exchange jewelry purchased online?

At Mattera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to make a return or exchange, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request it.

Once we receive the item and verify that it meets our conditions, we will confirm the approval of the return or the corresponding exchange.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in perfect condition and unused.
  • Keep all original labels.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including the box.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage or alterations.

Some personalized items or items marked as final sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
