At Mattera, we offer a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, exclusively covering manufacturing defects and material failures. This warranty does not include damages resulting from normal wear and tear, impacts, falls, improper handling, lack of care, or exposure to unsuitable products.

It is important to note that some natural materials may display veins, marks, color variations, or other small irregularities inherent to their origin; these characteristics are part of their nature and uniqueness and are not considered defects.
