Desde el primer momento, la experiencia de compra fue muy buena. La web es súper intuitiva y tiene muchísima información sobre los materiales y las características de cada producto, algo que agradecí especialmente porque soy alérgica a muchos metales. De hecho, encontré todas las respuestas que necesitaba sin tener que contactar con atención al cliente.
El proceso de compra fue rápido y sencillo, y el pedido llegó perfectamente embalado. Además, las piezas son incluso más bonitas en persona.
